Strawberries are definately my favourite early summer fruit of all!
Not only delicious but also important in diet - strawberry triples the rate of absorption of iron present in vegetables, meat and eggs and supplies the lack of minerals and vitamins of the B complex and has quercetin, which is able to neutralize the action of free radicals responsible for aging of cells.
I am having strawberry cocktail for breakfast and strawberry cottage cheese for lunch today. :)

This Friday we are going to the mountais with our closest friends. It's our little tradition - every May, when there's a long weekend in Poland, we choose different part of Polish mountains to hike.
This year it's going to be a little bit different, more relaxing then challenging, as all of us are now either having babies or expecting. :)
Anyways, I simply can't wait for the weekend to come! It's also going to be the first trip with our little one so I'm super excited!
